They were awesome. One of the few RI that serve gravy...so tasty in the morning. The only thing that is a pain is getting to it. It's in the middle of a housing area and so navigating and parking are a pain. The staff was awesome over the Thanksgiving holiday and wish them all a wonderful holiday season.
My husband is staying for work. Nice rooms. Very quiet. I don't like the streets coming in. Go very slow. We had a lady walk out without looking. I had to turn quickly to not hit her. A lot of traffic in those tiny streets. Just be careful.
I stayed for about 2 1/2 moths at tis property. The staff was EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY and I was able to get to know them all by first name. I asked for a disability room and got it without any trouble! Although I am a Lifetime Platinum, I believe that even someone staying for their first time at a Marriott property would receive the same excellent service that I did. What a great team
Here for work. My stay is very well. Been here since March. Anything that I need, the staff assistance me very well upon request. The rooms are nice. The best part of my stay is the phenomenal customer service I receive from Maria at the front desk. Maria has fantastic customer service, she has a friendly smile thats very welcoming, and more importantly she assistance me with my stay needs, including mail, random questions, and any assistance I may need. Thank you for your phenomenal service. You are greatly appreciated. I love communicating with Thomas, he's a really great guy, and a true friend at heart. Thank for everything!
Jaiden at the front desk was awesome!! There was a delay in payment on my end and he was so courteous, patient and helpful getting situation handled!! After a long drive there, he got things handled and brought a smile to my face. Absolutely wonderful person!!!
I stayed at this Residence inn a while back but I forgot to leave a review so I'm doing it now. When I stayed there I had a good time I was able to sleep well and the breakfast was good all the employees were nice and helpful. There was this one guy Devin I think he was the GM because he was checking everything out. So I decided to tell him about a car that looked suspicious (someone sleeping) that was in the parking lot when I was parking and he went out there right away. The next day the car was gone. It made me feel like my car was safe. Thanks Devin
Tawnee in breakfast is always amazing and the girl at front desk is always very friendly and professional. I think her name is Maria but those 2 are always nice and makes my stay much better. I have only stayed at this residence inn a couple times but when I see them 2 I know it's going to be a good day.
Location is kind of weird. Parking is plentiful, but the road that leads to the hotel is not wide. Rooms are clean and breakfast is quite decent.
